We are the IAM National Benefit Funds Office. The Benefit Funds Office is comprised of the IAM National Pension Fund (IAMNPF), IAM Benefit Trust Fund (IAMBTF), and the National 401(k) Fund. The jobs listed below are are for the IAMBTF. 

The National IAMBTF takes care of its participants with medical and prescription drug, dental, vision plans and many more benefits. Our main goal is to keep employees healthy by offering affordable, competitively priced health care plans that provide comprehensive coverage. One of the key features of the National IAMBTF medical plans is that participants have the freedom to choose any provider they want, without needing a primary care physician or referrals for specialty care.
