Medical ID Card

Participants in a National IAM Benefit Trust Fund medical plan will receive a CareFirst Administrators medical ID card in the mail.

If you need health care before you receive your ID card, you can login to Quantum Health's website and print a temporary ID card. You can also access Quantum Health’s website to request a replacement ID card or an additional ID card for any covered participant.

Prescription Drug ID Card

Present the prescription ID Drug Card along with your prescription(s) at a participating pharmacy. The program offers an average savings of 20 percent off the regular retail price.
