The plan participates in CareFirst Administrators network, which includes over one million in-network doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers.

Benefit Trust Fund medical plan participants can verify eligibility, benefits, claim status and search for participating medical providers by contacting Quantum Health.

Drug coverage is administered by CVS Caremark. Benefit Trust Fund medical plan participants can verify covered prescriptions, determine drug copayment amounts and check the status of mail-order prescriptions by contacting CVS Caremark.
