Ms. Grizzle currently serves as Vice President of HR Operations for the Aviation Solutions and Sustainment & Analytics business lines, where she is responsible for strategic oversight and successful management of human capital across these critical sectors. In her role, she leads the planning, execution, and optimization of all HR programs and activities for a diverse, global workforce of over 11,000 represented and non-represented employees. This workforce operates across more than 70 locations throughout the United States and internationally, including highly complex and challenging environments such as hostile regions. Her international workforce includes U.S. National, Foreign Nationals, and Host Country Nationals, reflecting the global scope of her expertise.

In her capacity as Vice President of HR, Ms. Grizzle serves as a trusted Business Partner and advisor to senior leadership, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Ground Sustainment Vice Presidents of Operations, as well as the Business Line SVP of Operations. She is responsible for the management and enhancement of wide-ranging HR programs, including but not limited to staffing, talent management, employee relations, training and development, compliance, HR information systems, and HR-related business development support. Key to her success is her strong collaboration with Program Managers and HR Representatives across more than 30 programs, ensuring strategic alignment between the Aviation Solutions and Sustainment & Analytics business lines and the organization’s broader corporate objectives.

Ms. Grizzle’s leadership has been instrumental in driving service excellence, implementing efficient HR processes, and navigating the complexities of hiring, transitioning, and supporting a multifaceted, global workforce. Her ability to build strong, impactful partnerships across the organization is central to her effectiveness and success.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Grizzle held various HR positions of increasing responsibility, providing substantial contributions to the success of the Aviation Business Unit. Collectively, her career spans more than 20 years in corporate human resources, during which she has honed her expertise in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and programs across diverse functional areas.

Ms. Grizzle’s life and work are deeply rooted in service, leadership, and dedication to excellence, shaped significantly by her upbringing in a military family. Her father proudly served in the U.S. Army for 20 years, and her mother, a German native, demonstrated remarkable resilience while supporting her family through the challenges of military life. Ms. Grizzle spent a significant part of her childhood living abroad, stationed in Germany for a decade before returning to the United States where her family was stationed at Fort Hood, Texas. Watching her father’s steadfast dedication to his service and her mother’s unwavering strength through military life taught Ms. Grizzle the values of discipline, integrity, resilience, and adaptability – qualities that have shaped her character and continue to guide her professionally and personally. These early experiences have given her a unique perspective on navigating cultural diversity and a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by military families and service members.

For 15 years, Ms. Grizzle has been an integral part of Amentum (DI), consistently advancing into more senior leadership roles, each carrying increased responsibility. She is a seasoned HR professional, recognized for demonstrating exceptional leadership, fostering collaboration, and delivering tangible results for the organization.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Grizzle is a devoted wife to her husband, Tracy, and a proud mother of two children.
