As the Human Resources Facility Lead, she serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, elevate operational performance, and build a future‑ready workforce.
With leadership experience across HR and store operations, Brandi brings deep insight into the full employee lifecycle and the needs of a large, multi‑site organization.
